There are currently over 4,000+ Nike Dunks in existence. Each with their own statement and inspiration. Kicks Creator is the ultimate Nike Dunk customization tool, where users can design their own Nike Dunks and place it into an online sneaker battle.
In the Kicks Creator, designers can select from a wide selection of colours, leathers, patterns, and graphics to customize their unique build. The project makes use of the Flash ActionScript 3.0 and PaperVision 2.0, which allows designers to view/rotate their Nike Dunk design in 3 dimensional space.
Once a design has been completed, it is submitted into the Gallery, where the design can battle against other designs. Users vote and the Nike Dunk is ranked in the Gallery grids. In just under a few weeks, over 1 million sneaker battles have taken place in the Kicks Creator.
Battles

Customized Nike Dunk designs go up against one another in the Battles mode. Users place their vote on their favourite design and move onto the next battle. The top 5 designs are also represented on this screen. In just under a few weeks, there have been over 1 Millions Battles.
Gallery

The Gallery showcases user submitted Nike Dunk designs in their ranked positions. Users may click into each design to view in more detail.
Studio

In the Studio, designers begin their experience with classic or inspirational designs.
Upper/Lower Customization

The upper and lower of the Nike Dunk can be customized with a variety of colours and fitted with over 78 unique materials and leathers.
Laces, Labels, and Stitching

The Nike Dunk can be customized down to the lacing, tags, and stitching. Colour swatches throughout the customization process can be fine-tuned in the spectrum view mode.
Patterns

Designers can choose from over 124 patterns to apply to their creation. Patterns range from animal prints, to camouflage, to more modern based optics.
Graphics

Graphics ranging from athletic, shapes, and symbols can be painted into the design.
360° View

At any point in the design process, the Nike Dunk can be viewed/rotated in a full 360°.
